The Cottage
Widecombe Cottage is a cosy luxury cottage perfect for couples who enjoy countryside activities or are looking for a romantic break in the heart of Dartmoor. A detached barn conversion, the cottage has been professionally designed and lovingly handcrafted using local oak finished to the highest standard, and stylishly furnished for your comfort.
Eat
The kitchen is handmade in solid oak and granite and fully equipped with a 4-ring gas hob, double oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and washer / dryer and other essentials. We even offer a fully stocked wine rack with an honesty box arrangement for payment.
Sleep
The double bedroom features a handmade oak king sized bed and a stylish en-suite bathroom with a double ended roll top bath.
No expense has been spared on the quality linen, mattresses and towels ensuring real comfort and a touch of luxury.
Relax
A log burner and underfloor heating throughout the cottage ensure constant comfort whatever the weather.
The south facing sun terrace and garden with BBQ and dining area offer breathtakingly beautiful views over the surrounding pastureland and the open moor.

Considerations
The Cottage is not suitable for children and although we have a dog ourselves, we don't accept pets in the cottages. For the comfort of our other guests and our neighbours, there is no smoking throughout the property. Minimum stay - 3 nights.
